The .mp3 format is one of the best to use since files are small compared to other formats and they can be played on most devices. If you are recording your own audio for the class (e.g. for a screencast), we have a laptop you can check out and access to a sound booth where you can make high quality recordings.

We can help you make the process of designing and/or running an online/blended/flipped class easier, smoother, and ensure that your class is designed to protect against technological obsolescence.

CASIT Online Education services are available Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Whether you contact us by email or phone, your request is submitted to our ticketing system where it will be addressed. We try to respond to each request in 24 hours, but that is not a guarantee. Service time changes based on current demand, and number/severity of outstanding requests. In general, all requests for Online Education services take the following path:
  • Initial consultation to determine specific course needs
  • Follow up to determine best options for course creation and implementation
  • Finalize process for course creation/implementation
  • Develop course materials
  • Check in periodically to address ongoing issues
